Role-based access control
Data protection also involves access control within one’s own organisation. HAN has an integrated role- and permission-based system that ensures administrative users can only access the functions and data they need to perform their duties.
Only the HAN Administrator role has full access to all administrative programmes. All other roles are clearly defined and limited to specific tasks. This minimises internal security risks and ensures that responsibilities are clearly defined.
