Data protection at HAN — Full control
HAN helps to protect personal data
Anonymisation and pseudonymisation — full control over log data
By default, HAN anonymises all log data. Personal references are completely removed in the process.
Alternatively, pseudonymisation can be used. In this case, personal data is replaced with irreversible pseudonyms. Both methods can be flexibly configured and adapted to your institution’s internal data protection policies.
Settings that are particularly sensitive can also be protected by a dual-control system. Even if data protection functions are temporarily disabled for testing purposes, the protection mechanism is automatically reactivated after 30 days at the latest.
The result: maximum transparency whilst ensuring the protection of personal data.
