Where must the technology required for HAN be located?
To use HAN in a publishing house, a central HAN server is required. This HAN server can be integrated directly into the local IT infrastructure or hosted as software as a service in an external data center or operated in the cloud.

The customer is responsible for the procurement, administration and maintenance (updates etc.) of the server. - Hosting in the data center / in the cloud (Software as a Service)
The responsibility for procurement, administration and maintenance (updates etc.) of the server is purchased as a service. An additional advantage here is the rapid scalability of the server capacities.
