Both the administration and use of HAN are carried out entirely via the web and over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Administration is carried out exclusively via the locally installed HAN client. At no point is work carried out directly on the server. Set-up is role-based, so that admin access can be restricted to what is strictly necessary.
No settings or installations are required on users’ personal devices. All you need is an up-to-date browser.
