With HAN, you benefit from a flexible deployment model. You can decide whether to run the solution on your own servers or to hand over responsibility, either fully or partially.
Under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, we host the server for your HAN system in a secure cloud infrastructure. Your in-house IT department does not need to provide its own hardware, manage updates or carry out maintenance – we take care of all that.
In the Managed SaaS model, we go one step further: as well as operating the servers for your HAN system, we also take care of all HAN system administration. This relieves your IT department of routine tasks, allowing it to deploy its staff resources elsewhere.
