Configuration of UpToDate from Wolters Kluwer with HAN

Instruction for the configuration of UpToDate from Wolters Kluwer with HAN.

For the use of the Wolters Kluwer ressource UpToDate with the HAN server a user differentation is mandatory from the publishers side.

HAN offers in the most recent HAN Kernel a GDPR compliant mechanism to send the Hash of the currently loged on user to HAN to the publisher.

The following steps are necessary:

1. HAN 5:
   Download the e-Script here.
2. Import the e-script uptodate.
3. Edit in the e-script the value srcsys and exchange the predefined value -your-SRCSYS-Value-provided-by-WoltersKLuwer- with the value given from Wolters Kluwer.
   Open for the the e-script in the script editor and click on the button "Edit":
   
   
   
   Replace the place holder -your-SRCSYS-Value-provided-by-WoltersKLuwer- with the value given by Wolters Kluwer.
